服务范围与使用安排 / Service scope
本工作台用于神灯为 B2B 企业提供的搜索广告管理服务，支持账户连接、关键词研究、广告草稿、人工确认的广告操作及成效报告。账号由运营方安排开通；具体服务范围、期限、费用及取消安排以双方另行确认的服务约定为准，本说明页不直接售卖广告额度或 API 访问权限。
This workspace supports the operator's Search advertising services for B2B businesses, including account connections, keyword research, drafts, user-confirmed advertising operations and reports. Access is provisioned by the operator. Service scope, duration, fees and cancellation arrangements are specified in a separate service agreement. This information page does not sell ad credit or API access.
账户与广告操作 / Accounts and advertising
你应仅连接自己拥有或获准管理的 Google Ads 账户，并确保提交的素材、网址及业务信息真实且获得相应使用许可。账户、工作区权限和登录凭据应妥善管理。创建、修改、开启广告和预算前，应核对最终内容与影响范围；这些操作可能影响 Google Ads 中的实际花费。广告费用及结算由广告账户的 Google Ads 计费安排管理。
Connect only Google Ads accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Ensure submitted assets, URLs and business information are accurate and authorized for use, and protect credentials and workspace permissions. Review the final content and scope before creating, updating or enabling ads and budgets; these actions can affect actual Google Ads spend. Advertising charges are handled through the ad account's Google Ads billing arrangements.
AI、报告与可用性 / AI, reports and availability
AI 功能可选，建议和文案需要人工核实，不会自行执行。Google 负责广告政策、审核与投放，系统不保证审核通过或广告效果。报告中的 Google 转化指标不等同于经核实的客户询盘。功能受 Google API 级别、授权范围、账户状态和第三方服务可用性限制。
AI is optional and its suggestions and copy require human review; recommendations do not execute themselves. Google controls ad policy, review and delivery. Approval or advertising outcomes are not guaranteed. Google conversion metrics are not verified customer inquiries. Features depend on API access level, authorization, account status and third-party availability.
数据、撤权与停止使用 / Data and stopping use
数据处理详见本应用隐私政策。你可以停止使用 AI、按政策撤销 Google 授权，或联系运营方申请数据查询、导出和删除。解除应用授权或停止工作台服务不会自动暂停 Google Ads 已运行的广告；如需停投，请在 Google Ads 确认状态。
Data handling is described in the app's Privacy Policy. You can decline AI, revoke Google authorization as described there, or contact the operator for access, export and deletion requests. Disconnecting or stopping workspace use does not automatically pause ads already running in Google Ads. Check Google Ads directly to stop delivery.
适用规则与联系 / Rules and contact
使用本服务应遵守适用规则及 Google Ads 政策，不得绕过权限、访问他人工作区或使用服务开展未经授权的操作。服务说明发生实质变更时，会更新本页并通过适用的服务沟通渠道告知。使用安排、问题与投诉请联系下方企业邮箱；请勿发送密码或访问令牌。
Use the service in accordance with applicable rules and Google Ads policies. Do not bypass permissions, access other clients' workspaces or perform unauthorized operations. Material changes to these service descriptions will be published here and communicated through the applicable service channel.
